I fear that given the state that Rivals is in currently we might end up seeing Overwatch stagnate or go downhill again, especially with these most recent monetisation moves with all the Ultra skins still being pushed out despite the immense backlash and now having this mini-pass that costs the exact same as a full battlepass while only having a small portion of the content. At least this newest mythic looks pretty great, I hope they can keep up that same quality for future skins and give them to characters that desperately need them rather than focusing on 2nd mythics so much

Genji is supposed to be a skilled character
With the 2 seconds deflect and the reduced cooldown from last patch note, it was just poke poke poke, deflect 25% of the time in front of allies acting as a tank, when he has ult he gets boosted by nano or doctrine or else + pocketed, kills everyone
How is that skilled, literally anybody can do that it's super easy
L patch they killed so many skill techs with ball anran and my queen vendetta

The craziest shit going on in the comments is people arguing about how 10 bucks for the mini pass is super cheap, because a regular Legendary would cost 20 therefore pass is cheap.

as a low elo Vendetta main I definitely think that she was OP in 5v5. I was able to just jump in and get at least 2 picks for free if the enemies didnt have any counters and even if they did I was still able to get my 1 usually. ofc the enemy could counter me by simply playing faster characters like Kiri or a good Ana(sleep)/Widow but in lower elos ppl dont hit their shoots and panic. tbf I felt she was much worse in 6v6 to the point I never really played her in there but again I consider myself low elo so donnu how it looks in higher elos(I'm plat on DPS and 6v6 and mostly play QP)
Isn’t funny? So genji got 1 buff and 2 nerfs. Reaper in 5 patches got: 8% spread reduction, an ability that 1 shot 250 hp targets, 10% dmg increase it was hard metà for 3 seasons with 56% winrate on avg and NOW HP BUFF? I don’t know what to think honestly.

Flats, with all due respect, the whole intentionally pronouncing (or rather neglecting to even attempt to properly pronounce) the ult/ability names of Anran & Shion, two east asian characters with ability names in their language, felt incredibly weird and in borderline micro-aggression territory. It's one thing to mispronounce them, but to say things like "zucchini" and especially "Sakadakadakadoos" is a little weird. It's ideal to at least try and fail to say the names rather than resort to silly alternatives, y'know?
Please note, this is not a hate comment. I've enjoyed your content for the last two years, I'm a fan! This is more of a hey "hey man, this could offend some people, best be mindful have a good day" and less of a "You're awful and bad go die." Hope the intention came across, still enjoyed the video despite the less palatable moments

Genji cannot be strong because he is an absolute menace to 95% of the playerbase.
So if he ever gets good in high ranks, he absolutely needs to be cut down again.
That said, this nerf is a slap on the wrist imo and it won't be enough.

All the rivals players start coming to Overwatch and immediately the monetezation gets more predatory and the systems get more fascistic. Why am I not surprised.
The premium event is so bad. Not only they are selling old battle passes without the things people buy the battlepass for, they are ALSO making you pay to get the good stuff from an event. Absolutely disgusting, way to ruin an otherwise good patch.
