Whats annoying about this is that most people here in these companies KNOW their ideas wont sell so instead of trying ro build it themself they join existing projects and tear them down from within, the failure of previously successful games is not even showing them that they are wrong because they are delusionsal or worse they are doing it maliciously and intentionally.

I remember trading crackdown for Mass Effect from a friend and being surprised at how lucky I was in that deal.
I pre-ordered Mass Effect 3bat Blockbuster and felt the weight of the trilogy and my decisions (outside of the ending) and immediately started a new campaign from the 1st game.
I bought Jade Empire some years ago, loved it, gifted it to my cousin and repurchased it digitally, because I liked it so much.
After Inquisition, I knew it would never be the same, but back then, I didn't know why or how to prove it.

From 1998 to 2017 they released banger after banger and then they released Andromeda. Mass Effect: Andromeda was the beginning of the end for BioWare. Everything after that was terrible – Anthem and Veilguard being the biggest flops.

We have had some amazing gaming news lately. Witcher 3 releases a free remaster, Cyberpunk just dropped a content update for the game free, AMD just dropped FSR4 for AMD 6000 series, xbox s/x and ps5. It's basically a 50-100% boost in performance over raster with almost no loss in visual quality. This is a generational upgrade for consoles. Frame Gen has also been hugely improved. All for free. These are rare times. BioWare fell so hard, it's probably for the best. How bad must have Mass Effect 4 been to be cancelled? Embarrassing.
