When you think about it, 10,000 hours of experience is really only about a year and a quarter. That's honestly not a whole lot of experience. If you have no prior experience in that subject, then you basically get the basics down and a little bit more in whatever field. Probably better to pick something that you're already somewhat familiar with because skill is usually exponential. You get better at getting better the more you learn a subject. One year of experience, 5 years in looks so much different than the first year of learning something. That being said, it could be useful to just skip the frustrating part of learning the basics.

lots of asian countries people need to learn the same language but in different types of it so yes, it is techinically a different type of language. like in taiwan, they have to learn chinese and taiwanese, taiwanese is spoken by older people (but they also teach it in school) so yeah they can speak in chinese and taiwanese (chinese has vocal and words and taiwanese only has vocal) as for japan lots of their words are written in chinese and japanese so that's why lots of taiwanese and chinese people see japanese words they can understand it without even knowing a single japanese word (japanese and chinese has the same vocal but different words)
