What if Ultron was based on Phineas Horton?
We seen vision and ultron talk a few times without the other ai not around dont mean they gone they could have been doing something else
Bro analyzed the pixels of a 30-second teaser like it's historical footage. Gotta respect the dedication though.
Maybe that's why Ultron wants to control humanity and rule over them like a god, a suit of armor around the world, because he secretly knows what's coming with Doom!

It's pretty obvious that the client is probably Doctor Doom…. He somehow knows that ultron's inside of vision, or he just wants Vision..
I personally think it will be Sharon Carter that is the one looking for Vision. I imagine the only way to defeat Ultron is by the other AIs combining in order to give more power to Vision. I also think when they get to Madricore that they will be able to separate Ultron from Vision’s body and will be able to defeat him for good. I think the scene where we saw Vis in his purple ulrimate form will be when he gets an upgraded body and he will use the weapon we saw in the scene with him, Tommy, and Paladin to defeat Ultron.
What if the Client is "Agatha all along"
Billy: wouldn't want him hurt (before meeting, at least). Whomever it is obviously doesn't care about damaging vision. – same with anyone else on the 'good-guys' team.
Sword: just wants their tec back. Regardless of how 'obvious' them suggesting it 800 times feels…. it at least tracks. Damages can be repaired.
Doom: would just rock up on vision like he did Bruce. No need to hire anyone.
Another a.i.:…. could probably find him on their own faster. But even if they needed help…. why be okay with damaging or killing him? Who is he a threat to? Who might want vengeance? No one i can think of, human or ai.
The only people I can think of with a motive to find him and be okay with him getting hurt/killed is… sword…. if it's not sword, I'd guess its a new peraon/group we haven't met yet.
So, sword or some new rando is my guess.
The actor playing Paladin sounds EXACTLY like Thomas Hayden Church.
I am still holding out that Ultron is somehow good and will sacrifice himself for his son
Remember corvus glaives staff has the ability to resurrect give immortality and it can split atoms. So maybe they're trying to resurrect something inside Vision either jarvis, the original human torch, or they're using it to split something inside a vision. But I don't know it's just a random comic book thought I had
I'm surprised there are no EVAN PETERS theories going around!! I still have hopes that Evan Peters will show up in this series (as he was in the other two series)… and just maybe that's why we see 'Ralph Boner' odd behavior in Agatha, similarly to how Tommy he is living two different memories (one of ralph boner and now of Pietro since Wandavision). Justice for Evan Peters' Quicksilver 🙂

Ultron kidnaps Tommy because he wants to use him to make himself free. I think Ultron's based on Dr. Horton, who created JIM and he's going to learn about that with his interaction with Jocasta and he wants to make people robots like her now. So, he's going to use his experiments on Tommy and Lisa. Also, Ultron doesn't want Vision's body now because it's not indestructible anymore. You can hurt Vision with adamantium bullets. I also think that Billy will appear in one of the episodes and he's going to help Vision to save Tommy. After all, Vision, himself, will need a new body and they are going to use JIM's body because why do they look the same? Also, in the comics, it was confirmed that Vision was originally created from JIM's remaining parts. He's going to use the adamantium of Paladin and Paladin will likely want to help him after he sees his fatherhood to Tommy because why would they introduce us his relationship with his father? Vision is going to need two important power sources to activate his body just like Mind Stone and Thor's lightning bolt. So, Billy is going to use his chaos magic to give him feelings just like Mind Stone (because Vision said that JIM only exploded because he didn't have Mind Stone to understand the heart and the brain) and Tommy will create the bolt and he's going to be new as day because they also said that in one of the earlier episodes that he needed some repair. In the final battle, we're going to see Vision and Ultron fighting. I don't know how it's gonna end but I am completely sure that Vision will be some kind of mentor to the Young Avengers and will play an important role in saving Wanda from Doom's castle and reminding her true identity because that was like the perfect storyline for Children's Crusade and Secret Wars comics.

This show reminds me of peak MCU! Such a great cast and incredible actors! Ruaridh is the best new gen actor in the MCU. He kinda looks like Grant Gustin too 😂

My take, Vision is made to confront his emotions and accept the reality of the hex, to overwhelm him like the "fire" metaphor ,to disrupt Ultron and make them need to confront each other in the mind space where Vision wins and Ultron takes credit indicating that was his plan all along
I definitely think the woman speaking to Paladin (Diane Morgan's character) is another AI, that's why we have only seen her in a room behind a computer
The Firewall detail is the tell for me — Episode 5 being titled Firewall is CONFIRMED, and that switch is what keeps Ultron from escaping the house. So if he gets out in 5, Deadlock in Episode 6 isn't Vision locking him back in, it's Ultron locking Vision OUT of his own body. Do you think Jim Hammond is the back door Vision uses to get back in?

Vision is absorbing the sword that stabs him because some of his programming were stuck in the spear that's why it stops him from phasing in infinity war and messed up his program

I have to ask, has anyone actually realized the origin of the quote "Peace in our time" came from the quote "we have peace in our time" from when Nevil Chamberland came back from meeting with Adolf Hilter after he took over Poland? This is the origin! Maybe no one reads this stuff, but if you ever do read it, please use this as a way to tie it back to history.
Ultron has to be the most advanced Ai in the show right now since his Ai came from the mind stone and Vision dosen't have the mind stone.

Ultron will end up helping his family, vision will call him dad say something like help your family, then he will save the day Ultron is the hero. the AI might even sacrifice them for Ultron to save the day
Jarvis said he erased his code though..? Thats like saying you need to take out the trash and just rearranging the stuff in the bin. It doesn't free up space unless you get rid of it.
