The old sombra countering doom comment is so funny because you don't even need to be high ranked to know that that doesn't actually work, you just need to have like ever actually played dps sombra. Hack literally locks you out of your abilities for less time than flashbang, with like 5x the cast time.
Edit: to specify, hack was 1 second of ability lockout 8 seconds of being revealed, and cass's flashbang has been 1.2 seconds like mentioned for a while. So it's 20% stronger on a character that has 140 damage headshots at that range too.
