Im starting too think maybe this rework takes less skill for a single reason: i have a friend who can only play dps and is very bad at tank and support, only tank he could play was mauga (self explanatory) and now he decided to try hog rework and he is dominating every match we play

The weird black screen/animation thing:
You got booped backward, turned to the left and used heal. I think this is a bug because what you are actually seeing is behind RoadHog's face. The camera viewport gets moved back a bit (or the head model goes forward) and the camera stays in place. That's why the outline you see is like looking through hog's face. This defintely needs to be reported as a bug because it's happened to me since this new season.
as i watch i get motivated to play roadhog. so i play roadhog and forget im mediocre at the game so i just get off.

I really like trash compactor but it needs an animation that is different from wholehog.
Hogs rework took the one shots but I think it made him less of a one trick character in the sense that more abilities can kill or be useful then used to be the case though I can still agree with several criticisms of the character changes. Also Durpee had a shit game he was getting killed nearly every engagement every overwatch player knows that pain.

I truly think people hate Roadhog for being the most not like a tank of all the tanks, at least in Overwatch. If you look at pre rework Roadhog, he's missing one thing that most tanks have. A barrier, a tool to stop enemy attacks, a way to protect his team. He is specifically designed to be there to soak up as much damage as possible and use the hook to get a kill with his up close huge burst damage. But that's the thing, if the person playing hog can't get hooks, then hog is just… there. Now he has trash compactor, which is more like a sigma grasp/d.va matrix making him a more tank like tank, not to mention removing the one shot. But simply because he's hog and has had the reputation of "Stupid one shot and unkillable tank" he'll always be hated.
i love vid like this with streamers getting destroyed. bc when they do their stupid u2gm shit. they destroy us on the way up. and its miserable. now they get the miserable matches also. makes the world feel better.

6:02 Yep, reworked so he can't just oneshot everybody unless you sit right in front of him loosing enough hp blocking WHILE making yourself an easy target to hook and finish off.
I mean fair he was tilted, and probably didn't know if Cyx had used hook or not. But i mean come on. There isn't a Roadhog issue anymore, only a ¨Going against Cyx on Roadhog¨ issue.
