“TOP 100” DEFINITION: Best? Favorite? Iconic? Influential? Timeless? Classic? All are factors sure, but in no mathematical way. It really comes down to “these are the games we would fight for.” These are the games the people that make Kinda Funny love the most.
FRANCHISES: It is up to individuals how to handle multiple franchise entries, remakes, remasters, reimaginings, and similar versions.
Barrett highlighted any overlaps in similar games and had individual conversations with us to see where we felt strongly before locking the final list.
QUALIFICATIONS: The game had to come out before December 31st, 2025. Console, PC, Mobile, Arcade, those handheld Tiger Electronics from the 90s, if we consider it a video game it counts.
FULL SPOILERS: Nothing is off limits. We are celebrating video games to their fullest degree.
NO TIES: We prioritized passion, so if there was a tie it went to the game that averaged highest on the personal lists.

Huge congrats to the KF crew and Best Friends for this. The production is truly next level and you guys are all hitting the beats with announcements, comedy, guest stars and skits whilst also talking in depth and passionately about the games on the list. I got so invested in this whole show that I genuinely felt a deep sinking feeling when Bioshock didn’t make it!! Amazing show everyone, definitely some of your best work. Cant wait for the rest of the list.
Then ending 😂😂😂
Love the thought of Barrett having to go through all the trouble to get B Roll for NCAA 14
The best one of these I've ever seen – outstanding production values, but genuine and not overblown or pretentious. Bravo, incredible work.
Love the Youngstown State shout-out! Let's go Guins!
NO BIOSHOCK!?!?!
Great job guys! Truly a fantastic production!
So sick. You all changed my mind on live shows
Are 86 and 85 possibly flipped
Intentional or not, shout out to how night mode friendly the set up for this whole thing seems to be.
nick doing snake eater was a lovely touch
@20:00
LoL I love how Greg literally says, "Remember, it was Rocket League where they just pushed a button and Boom Cross Play was born!"
When you really should be remembering Greg… That Boom, It was Fortnite that pushed the button on accident LoL.
Rocket League almost sounded right, but I am surprised that no one called this out as not being correct haha.
amazing show and can't wait for the rest of the week. The Walking Dead, blue prince and inscryption, I'm happy 🎉 NCAA stole BioShocks spot 😂, KF is so special, thank you kinda funny
MGS4 getting some love makes me very happy
THE FUCKING HYPE!!!!!!!
I absolutely fucking love this
Video & Arcade Top 10 was the best game show
This is so good! Absolutely love the pace! It is also such a good idea to sprinkle in games you think would make it and end the clip with a marvel movie type this game won't be coming back.
Great job, really loved Top 100 Day1! Hyped for the next days!
I would love to be there, you all are the best!
This was awesome! Great job everyone! I pray that I get to go to one of these LIVE! God bless y'all!
This is genuinely phenomenal. I can see myself adding this to my comfort watch rotation going forward. SO DAMN GOOD.
Was thinking the other day 'why dont I listen to these guys anymore' skipped to three random periods throughout the show, none of which had anything to do with games, only to realised that it's only for the 100-80 list! Nearly 3 hours of interminable mindless waffle.
Rewatching rn as I wait for today’s steam. Ya’ll killed it! Shout out NCAA football 2014.
Lol for a second there i thought Sonic 2 was number 100
I turn 31 in a month. I've been listening since I was 13. I just want ya'll to know that you've gotten me through so many moments in my life. Ya'll essentially grew up beside a lot of us and don't even know it. Kids at school would be shocked with how much knowledge I had on the industry, but I was just regurgitating what you guys said lmao. I made my dad a fan on one drive from Chicago to Michigan. I truly hope you understand how much the community appreciates Kinda Funny. Anyways, don't take an edible and get in your feels.
Andy, Bless, Mike, Roger, Barrett, Joey… Y'a'll have been amazing to watch over the years. Glad to listen/watch ya'll 5 days a week. ❤
Laura Bailey my GOAT
Is number one gonna be Tetris or Super Mario Bros.?
