Let’s be real—you can crank every single setting to 10, toggle Ultra everything, and the game still looks like straight-up pixelated garbage from two decades ago. That’s because the engine's foundation is literally 20 years old. No amount of fancy dynamic lighting, volumetric fog, or high-res shadows can fix the fact that we’re looking at jagged, low-poly 2004 geometry

Instead of grinding, what they need to do is let you harness either created, bought or rented NPC‘s who do tasks for you in a place you designate. Sangoku dynasty is sort of like that, medieval dynasty is like that too.
