That in car shot of Lucia around the 6min mark could be just after Jason picks her up from prison and is taking her to VC and she is just enjoying being out.
At around 19min with the two girls, TGG pointed out the left one looks like Lucia, as in the shot on the roof with Raoul it looks like the same outfit, minus the mask.

Weird thought. What many people seemed to miss in the 23 minute Netflix reveal about a month ago was that the apartment that Lucia was in initially when Jason came over and she changed clothes was NOT Lucia's apartment by herself. The pictures on the refrigerator had none of Lucia it seemed. Is it possible that Lucia's robbery partner in the bank shown here has that as her apartment / safehouse and asked Lucia after the bank robbery if she needed a safe place to stay??? Thoughts anybody??

I didn't miss anything… because I just dont care! This game has been ruched thanks to TakeTwo's greed… and it will likely launch as bad or worse than CyberPunk did! Let's not forget the Trilogy Remastered debacle that happened because Expanded and Enhanced wasnt ready on time and Rockstar needed a Christmas cash grab! This is no different! The trailer means NOTHING!!!
