Here's how Art the Clown's toys work:
– Healthy Survivor: Getting hit by a toy injures them.
– Injured Survivor: Getting hit by a toy applies the Terrified status.
– Injured + Terrified Survivor: Another toy hit downs them, and the toy used gains +1 Deadliness.
– Taunting a downed Terrified Survivor: Increases the Deadliness of all other toys.
– Max Deadliness: The toy can injure a healthy Survivor and apply Terrified at the same time.
Basically, Terrified works like Nemesis' infection mechanic. You need multiple hits at first, but as your toys gain Deadliness, they become more dangerous. Lol.
