Weren't there rumours that the new screen was actually going to be a Sharp display, possibly reducing the ghosting (trailing) and blur in fast-paced games? Is this confirmed to be false then?
The sad part is that the newly released Zelda Switch 2s are all the old model, even in the EU. so no easy repairs :/

I cancelled my Special edition order for this… I'm so pissed at Nintendo, and now that I can't guarantee the special edition the nostalgia has worn off and I remembered how much I hate the Nintendo marketplace)online and think in gonna purchase a steam frame.

I live in the EU and have the older version in mint condition. Will Nintendo do an "upgrade" program or something similar?

Just got the Zelda 40th edition switch 2 yesterday, it's HAL and basically the older switch…. dang. Still super cool console to have and lucky I got mine on time without issues.
Easily replaceable batteries is kind of nice
