Do a video where you make every team with the a letter with the alphabet.
So when you create a team, it would be starting with A and all the best players that their first or last name start with an A are on that team.
So for instance, if you were to do J the quarterback could be Joe Burrow and the wide receiver room could be JSN and Justin Jefferson and then sim it to see what letter is the best and has the best players.
You should make a team of just all right now free agents, like Joe Milton and Tyreek Hill, ect
