19:24 The Persuer does infact show up later in the game, just not as much in Vanilla. He can be refought in the Smelter Demons boss room after he's dead and a double fight in NG+ in Drangleic Castle. And you can 100% fight him on the platform before the boss fight, you get one chance. You just progressed past a trigger point which makes him spawn only in the boss room. Please take 30 seconds to look up things before so confidently giving incorrect fun facts Lemon.

Considering both Lemon and Ymfah released their videos pretty close together in the last couple days, its cool to see their differences approaches. One follows the spirit and avoids most glitches, the other cracks the game over the knee, repeatedly, until it submits
