See this is the problem. They are good at making gold hard to make, but they suck at creating ways to make money in the game. That is why gold buying is a thing. Create an economy that rewards people playing the game by letting them make money. Their approach is stupid.

Long term Wow Forever needs to shift towards a game like the original Archage, before they went completely pay to win.
I normally listen to these epps as I'm driving to or from work. But today, launch day, I'm home, so I made a new coffee, sat down, and enjoyed the video.
i want to see a collection tab and a chase mount or mog in some raids, a helpful toy, recipe.. something besides gear and gear itself needs to be more rare… not getting an entire new set every 8 months..

I'll be honest I personally don't like the timeline never moving forward. I'd be happy for it to move slower for sure, but I do NOT like it not moving at all. They already established it's its own continuity, they don't HAVE to lock us in the year 25 of the king's calendar for eternity, and this essentially means we'll probably never get Varian back.
I hope blizzard sticks to their original design philosophy andets all of these min/maxing whiners leave and go back to retail or classic. Don't ruin the game for the people you designed it for because it is unexpectedly popular.

everyone is over thinking this so bad its going to kill the game before we even get deep in it. Make the world fun ,basic balance, dont force players to play your way and then get out of the way and fix and police to keep it fair and fun . an idea for racials how about racials that promote immersion and class identity with no stat advantage . the floating sky elf or the night elf stealth are examples no damage boost or stuns
Adopting tbc and wrath changes can be a good route but it has to be done carefully and not enmasse.
