I have 1 acc that I pay for, and 1 collecting dust.
Bronze Man interest me because it feels like a more easy going version of Iron Man, playing Bronze via the plug-in would be alright although in a game where one account can be a multi year commitment the option to make it more official seems nice.
For the account payments I think Base $15 should already give you access to at least two accounts, pretty sure that's how FFXIV handles it & their base sub price is cheaper than Runey. Giving the epic gamerz +2 extra characters per each higher subscription tier would be nice too imo.
I personally think we should get to play whatever account we want on our single membership. One account at a time, one membership. Seems fair to me.

I've been playing a lot of hardcore wow again lately, and it puts it into perspective when I can play multiple hardcore characters, and then occasionally play other versions of the game, all for the price of a single osrs membership.
Before osrs started having more price hikes, I would play often 3 accounts at the same time, but it's just not feasible anymore.
Wow, I'm amazed jagex didn't lower the vote threshold again… oh wait that was only to force sailing into the game lol.

Giving people the option for group pricing would lower the barrier to entry for people to try snowflake ironman accounts like chunk locked etc. It'd also be great for leagues as Leagues 6 really had me wanting to have another account for different region unlocks but I was not going to for 15 USD,

I was looking forward to the regular Bronzeman mode, the fun “earn it yourself” of Ironman with a lot less of the crappy grinds for resupplying 😂
I don't like the name "Prestiged" for various reasons, BUT I love the idea way more than Bronzeman Mode and think it answers most of the needs of Bronzeman Mode.
There is one part of Bronzeman that this doesn't get at though. Bronzeman Mode is a really, really good way to ease players into the game by requiring them to do content before running to the GE. It naturally gets players to ask the question, "How do I get this item?" and the answer is not just "Go to the GE". I do agree though that despite Bronzeman being a good way to implement this, no new player would actively pick Bronzeman Mode, so it's kind of a moot point and this nudging should probably be implemented in another way.
Currently have a HCIM & Main paying for both but only for a month. I would love both a prestige system and a discounted duo price because I'm having a blast working my way up on this ironman but still love the end-game on my main.
Honestly what I would prefer as an Ironman would be more updates to shops around the world. Or better yet, allow trading between shops amongst Ironman bought/sold items. I always wanted to interact with the overworld shops more maybe allowing some amount of world trade. Imagine a separate RS world where the grand exchange doesn't work like an Ironman but shops around the world have permament stocks of bought and sold items and are perhaps more restricted on items they can trade. I kinda of miss the funny auctioning of the old days between players
What if there was a bronzeman only grand exchange? And bronzemen could only trade with each other?

I would love to play main and iron at the same time for a reasonable membership fee. I have three accounts I would regularly play. Simultaneous play is a MUST! Would be pointless to not be able to play main and iron at the same time.
Only have 1 with membership, but with a bundle I would pay for several of mine and my partners. 4 at minimum

I think you could have different prestige icons for different typical achievements an iron goes through, similar to the icon in a clan chat. Things like fire cape, finishing cg, 99s, max cape, zuk helm, and those icons can only be unlocked through prestige mode. Problem with your idea is, if the mode is easily toggleable, it’s essentially giving people that pay for one main account a main and iron so it’s 2 accs for the price of one. Jagex won’t go for that. So you should only be allowed to enter prestige once per main account. Decide to quit and your progress is locked in forever. Could also up the anty and allow hardcore prestige mode with the classic red border to achievement icons. Cool idea!

Bonded group iron, maxed main inactive bc it would be a waste of bonds at the moment. If current sub had 2 or 3 characters id probably be back to paying jages 100 whatever dollars a year
If adding discounts for bundled memberships were introduced, I am not sure how that would affect bond prices. An individual bond would likely go down in RS GP prices. In theory, lowering the GP value (ignoring the IRL value) of bond prices (as its cheaper to buy a bundle for most multi account players). Would black market GP see a significant rise in cost per GP to keep profits? Or would black market GP dump their assets at a lower price, given the obvious surplus they have, flooding the rs market even worse?
I have 1 account and barely have time to play that. That said, using the model you showed, I'd absolutely pay for a 2 character package and I'd finally start on a project that's been sitting in the back of my mind for a while, and then just take a break from the goals of my main account for a little while.
For the proposed new game mode, I think all non pet drops from bosses should be required. Ignore mini-game logs. and I have no real input for clue scrolls, there is certainly a fair percentage somewhere in there, but I don't know what it is. In fact, speaking of pets, don't just not make them required for prestige, don't store away the pets. Maybe lock having them follow you behind 1 kc of a boss.
Prestiged idea is actually fantastic. I've only ever had a normal account and i will only ever pay for a normal account, so this would be an amazing opportunity. I doubt they'd ever propose something like that though.
It should be called streamer man mode. Unlocking item to use the GE is just too gimmicky and only sounds interesting if you want to make a YT video quicker. Its just not different enough to merit its own account/game mode for the avg player.
"Prestiged" shouldn't be a binary flag or an icon, it should be a leaderboard. "Prestiged 71.3%" to show you got 71.3% of all collection logs and combat achievements while pledged. Can even have worlds with prestige requirements.
…How does Mod North think the bonds were purchased? For every account with a bond, someone had to pay Jagex money. There was a real player as a middleman, but Jagex makes the same amount of money either way.
I pay for 0 memberships since much as I love this game, it's just absurdly overpriced for what it is. I might start paying for membership again if I can have a few alts covered under my 15$/month. But not before.
I always thought bronze man should be inverted, buy gear but you have to source supplies yourself, why would you lock yourself to boss drops where the chance you get the drop never changes, you could go 5x dry or more and never see the item, whereas crafting supplies gives you a reason to actually train your skills

Isn't the TL;DR that we won't ever get new modes because why would you when you can just do a plugin instead? Bronzeman mode failing shows that it isn't important to branch out, just focus on what we got and let cool content creators make new plugins.
I have 1 and wanted to try an iron but I want to max my main first since I'm not going to pay $30 for 2 accounts. Especially given it literally costs them nothing, but I'd be willing to pay $20 for 2 accounts.
i have two accounts and pay for two accounts, one is a main the other a group iron. I think a discount for multiple accounts isnt a bad idea, but i think its important for people to remember, every dollar you spend on this game is a reinvestment into the future of the game. Alot of people are arguing that one membership should allow you to play multiple to infinite accounts aren't looking at the big picture. The more investment into the game from the playerbase directly relates to your future content. Bots whether through membership or bonds are fueling the development of the game. Bots keep the value of the bond high and thus more people spend money on bonds. discounts should stagger as you have more accounts but i don't think one membership should provide access to multiple accounts and i dont think you should have an unlimited account bracket
I play and pay for a GIM with bonds from my main, I would only play the one account because I'm busy tbh even if there was a discount.
About the cost of membership, in regards to all of my accounts.

I don’t think I’ll ever get behind a game mode that’s only difference from a main is others perceived validation. Everyone has a clog, nobody really cares if you got an item yourself or not. If you wont do content because “gp/hr” I don’t believe a game mode will help

Personally I feel like what they should do is lower the single membership price to something like, say $10-12 (I know I'm too idealistic, optimistic, naive [however I would argue with the rising costs of literally everything there are people that would be more willing to try a game like OSRS if it was more affordable when their other subscription services just rose 5-10 dollars each.]) Then add a few dollars every time a new type of character is created, maybe 2-5 dollars for each additional character as I would argue there aren't many 'sane' people that can do extremely active content on two accounts at the same exact time thus one (or multiple) will end up getting less of a focus, thus the lower price for every character after the first.
This would honestly make me more willing to try more account types like UIM or a Main or maybe start up another HCIM as I will feel like the value for adding these extra types of characters would increase even if it ends up having the same cost, if not more, than the current membership pricing with all the other account types I'll have.
