I believe Toli was always part of giggleland. Im sure I've seen a few references that indicate Toli having been there before. At the end of the game Elliot got a factory reset also there was a point where i swore I saw a pink plushie.
So I remember an explanation or something from a Disney VHS I had as a kid. Winnie the Pooh's name came from zoo animals, the bear named Winnipeg (probably called Winnie for short on the author's visit) and a swan named Pooh.

Well this was an interesting one! Personally, among recent Mascot Horror games, I found Finding Frankie to be much more exciting/engaging…and, of course, Poppy Playtime has a better story aided by better, more memorable characters.
But I appreciate all that they did here, furthering the genre as a whole!
