This series was heavily inspired by @jetlagthegame ! I’ve been binging their content a TON lately and they put out just amazing stuff and I wanted to create a mod that could do the same. Speaking of mods. This mod was inspired heavily on the mechanics of @EightSidedSquare ‘s Hide and Seek mod. Super cool mod and you should check it out if you haven’t already!

This video/series is heavily inspired by jet lag and eight sided square! We put a LOT of work into making this gamemode work and I really hope you guys like it! It’s a new thing for me which can be scary but I hope yall enjoy it!
I think a good change would be giving more base rescores (IE this one giving a water bucket, wool a piece of amethyst. also the fact they they can just breaking into your base feels like BM.

18:45 I feel like the curse is they cannot kill you until they do the curse, otherwise they can get a spam set of questions out then bookmark general locations split up and then hunt you down. And maybe not let the hunters see anything besides villages?…

Honestly it’s really cool how Chief has managed to take a concept that’s been seen so basic and done over and over again with no change in the community (that being secret bases). And has continued to add spins to it. Adding new ideas. And revolutionizing what has been known as such a basic concept. Incredible.

Every time I see one of these hide-and-seek videos, the seekers just "North or South?" and "East or West" right away. What if the questions the seekers are given access to are randomized per round? That way, they can't count on the instant quadrant method EVERY SINGLE TIME (even if it does give the hider some instant bonuses.)

Also I feel like there should be a cooldown on cardinal direction questions of abput 5-10 minutes so they dont narrow it down THAT fast. I mean… that took what? 15 seconds? Cooldown for direction questions would help that significantly.
