  1. i haven't been able to catch the streams in a minute so i really appreciate the effort it took to get this out so fast so nobody misses out on the ptb content!

  2. 19:49 They probably got inspiration from AI art for that. The idea is that since the Entity is an eldritch being, mortal realms are as beyond it's comprehension as It is to us, so even if it recreates realms from the memories of survivors it still doesn't quite understand how they work, which is why they have reality defying imperfections like upside down rooms. So, if it tried to replicate art or ads from billboards from the real world, it probably would look like AI art.

  3. I see nerfs after the ptb after release to the gun. Or maybe not. He feels like B tier on indoor maps. The need to upgrade all toys to get dying state feels quite slow. The need to hit the injured person 2 times with it feels like it makes chases twice as long. I seen him mostly get 0-2 kills when using the bag often

  4. Never played this game and probably never will, but I love your videos and commentary slate

Also you said ads and YouTube put a skip now button thinking it was an AD lmao

  5. so basically, how the damage system works is a bit of like Legion and Unknown combined. you're free to injure at any moment, but a subsequent hit with an "unupgraded" weapon only puts down a mark (with the weapon you used). you need to hit the survivor with a different weapon from the "marking" weapon to down them.

downing survivors with a mark, using a weapon, means that you can taunt/hook them to universally "upgrade" your weapons (white ghostly aura on one of the downed survivors). there are 3 pips, and pips can be earned with either marking the survivor or receiving the global upgrade from taunting/hooking a marked survivor. horn earns a pip by detecting 2 people at once (it also detects in a 8m radius around Terry)

once the weapon is upgraded it does full damage every time, while the horn explodes the survivor's generator that it detects. upgrading a weapon also increases the pip requirement for all other tools by 1 (horn included so try not to level it first)

  6. I do wish Slate looked at the power a bit in the bio, even just to understand the unique statuses The Terrifier gets since they are so odd with when and how they are applied. I know he just wants to mess around but watching him gaslight himself into actively hindering himself was kind of rough at parts. Especially since chat is, as always, handing out incorrect information like it's candy on Halloween.

  7. Was wondering how the heck they were going to to do Art but they did a damn bloody good job.
The new stage is also great. The retro 80's mall is so fun, really suits Art. Matches the 80's style soundtrack in the movie. Brilliant video as always man, Cheers.

  8. This is a random question, but does anyone know why Springtrap is the only character Slate doesn't have (both in the PTB and in the live game as far as I know). Just not a fan of the franchise or…?
