Where's the other 64?😐
My grandfather and my great uncle were also Borinqueneers! Their names were Felix Baez and Angel Pagan. Que viva Puerto Rico!!! ❤❤🇵🇷
Puerto Rico USA
The 65th Borinqueneers
Dios bendiga a Puerto Rico!!!
From the writer of "All Quiet On The Western Front"? I didn't know Erich Maria Remarque wrote about the Korean War.
BUENO…. TIENE MUY BUENA PINTA,OJALA NO SEASOLO TRAILER.
It will be an honor to see this movie my grandpa fought in the Korean War the stories he would tell me were crazy and there were stories he wouldn’t tell me and I understand why because WAR IS HELL anyway you will always be missed grandpa for your honor and bravery 1931-2021 🫡 viva Puerto Rico 🇵🇷
🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷
My grandfather MSG Emilio Castro-Rivera served with the 65th and was honored by President Obama in 2014 with the Gold Medal of Honor. This trailer made me cry from the emotion of seeing what my ancestors went through to honor a country that didn't honor them. I am proud to be a part of his legacy & I cannot wait for this movie to come out. 🇵🇷
La movie pa cuando llega
Former Infantry officer here and I can honestly say that the best soldiers I served with were Puerto Ricans. Thet were almost to a man tough, sharp and professional.
My father was a Borinqueneer, and the previews for this movie are BS. My father spoke English and no one soul in his unit had a problem following orders due to "language barrier". The Chinese never had anyone transmit propaganda in Spanish. And BTW, the crosses in the helmets are not correct. There are plenty of photographs with these markings. You would think they could have made them accurate, but no!!! In essence this movie is designed to shove a "perpetual victim of racism narrative" down the throats of many who have no living memory of what the 65th was all about. One thing I know about the 65th through my father, is that the unit was not about Cultural Marxism. Which is what this movie is trying to accomplish.
Screw that Colonel… they are and always will be truer americans than he ever would..
My uncle a nisei from kauai served alongside the 65th as part of 3id during the chosin reservoir. He was wounded in that battle. He was in Korea from 1950-1951. Grandpa also a nisei from kauai also fought alongside them too as an anti mine field plottie 1st bn 7th inf regt 3id 1951-1952. They both held the boys from Puerto Rico in high regards.
I wish my dad was alive to see this movie he pass in 2020 83yrs. he was a proud veterant of the 65th infantry🙏🏻
Col is kinda chubby!
who's the actor playing the officer in it? his voice is really familiar
I'm in for any movie about the Korean War (one of my personal obsessions). I hope it's good.
My Abuelito fought in this squad. Thank you for the freedom I have today
The colonizer mentality is very disturbing.
They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them
I'm glad for any Puerto Ricans getting some recognition but aside from that it just feels like another generic war movie.
Grandpa was a borinqueneer🫡
Finally.. the forgotten war.
I'm glad they made a movie recognizing this puerto rican regiment. Now the rest can be said hollywood could probably start doing the same thing for other units, along with other heroes who fought and died in that war. I mean, I find it absolutely disgusting that it's taken Hollywood. I just hope there's more korean more films because they're almost gone and that's pretty sick
My grandfather was in the 65th. I know he fought in WWII I'm unsure about Korea. 2 of his brothers fought in Korea though. This trailer alone made me emotional. Boricua's getting the honor and recognition they deserve.
Finally.
