Its always weird seeing osrs takes on old rs3 npcs. Ocellius is just a npc who makes your ascension cbows in rs3 and in osrs hes the boss of a raid.

You used the Zorya's tome wrong. You spec once, then attack 3 times, then spec again, then attack 4 times.
Rondache is bis on vard with the saeldor, because vard heals when he does damage to you, the flat armor alone adds up to faster kc’s than the soulreaper. With the spec it’s even faster.

the glow when charged should be much brighter… or similar to the scythe, having a bright effect on hit.. but the effect should remain inside the weapon, not outside
like, those spots that are just faintly green glowing rn should get very bright on hit and then go back to the regular faint green like its now
