  1. chat being so mean and not understanding him is heartbreaking to me. so sorry this is happening to you joe and stay strong ❤️❤️

  2. I still don't understand people's absolute infatuation with weed and getting high. It's not healthy, it's not cool, it's not pretty, it's not obligatory and it's terrible for your mind too. How do the positives of getting temporary pleasant experience outweigh all the negatives?

  3. W stream. I hope you get better, Joe. It's unfortunate that you got CHS but then again, it is better for your health in the long run if you don't consume as much or any weed at all (which you already know yourself obviously) and plus the chat's obsession with edibles and seeing you get high will finally stop (which was extremely infuriating).

  4. 14:54 it sounds like period pains but we know that it only goes for a week and sometimes it’s short (god I hate period pains), but who knows how long he’s gonna be in pain for like it’s also a new type of thing for him we get periods at a young age and learn to deal with it but men don’t have to deal with it so when they do it’s gonna be a lot

  5. In all honesty, I do think Joe should go back to the hospital. He doesn’t even have to go to the same one. But if he’s in this much constant pain and getting 3 hours of sleep daily, that itself is a major problem.

    😔😔😓😓

  6. Joe I hope you get better. I know that pain is horrible. I don’t have chs but I relate with my period. It’s so harsh, unfair, uncomfortable and painful. I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. a heating pad and tea is one of the only things that help just a little with stomach pains.

  7. To Joe and anyone reading who’s going through something similar I promise it’ll get better and pls be kind to yourself and make sure ur looking after your mental health as best as you can while waiting out the withdrawals. A lot ppl subconsciously view weed as a way to cope or as “self care” and a way to help in its place is self care practices to help calm the nervous system as best as you can. A hot bath, lavender and eucalyptus, ur fav scented candle, and any kinetic hobby (books, comics, coloring, legos, puzzles) are now ur best friend. Anxiety spike and restlessness is normal during this time you got this guys!!

  8. Hey joe, I’ve smoked everyday all day for 2 ish years and I’ve struggled with Chs. I want to say that you definitely do have a mild case of chs, mild none the less its miserable. It ends up frying your cb1 receptors and makes it to where it slows your gastrointestinal tract down which leads to the vomiting and nausea. It also affects how blood flows throughout your body which causes your internal temperature gauge to almost shut off to where your body can’t regulate. Some tips i have is hot chicken noodle soup is the easiest on the stomach, avoid thick dairy like foods because the dairy. Chs raises your histamine intolerance which causes an inflammatory response resulting in the nausea and stomach cramps. To help stomach pain i suggest hot showers to temporarily help the stomach cramps. And use cold packs or ice on the nape of your neck to reset your nervous system. Stay patient with it and know the pain is your body healing and it should subside after 2 weeks. Good luck❤

  9. i made the horrid decision of smoking in highschool, missed half of my sophomore year and all of my junior year because of chs. Im now in my senior year, going to college (absolute miracle run of summer school) but I know I'll eventually have to fully quit weed.

I still smoke but not as much, it was the carts that made me vomit and gave me the horrid nausea and cramps.
Im scared to fully quit because I don't want the terrible feeling I had all of last year to come back.

The only thing that helps when im not high is sitting in the sauna. And i know it's chs because when i went to urgent care they said it was gastroparesis and gave me meds that did absolutely nothing.

I'll wane off it with my progress in the gym, thanks youtube for listening
