Run Away From the Mob:
I don’t care what you believe
None what you heard, only 1/2 what you seen
It starts with shaking hands
Point & shoot, finger guns go fingerbang!

Run away
Run away from the mob
Get away
They’re out playing god

It’s the same ol’ lines
Force feed you softly
It’s the same morons
Want blood, so thirsty
Hangman’s dreaming
Oh, they make it so clear
“Our Mistake” signed
– The Mob

Keep your sister and brother close
If I say the word, make a break for the coast
There’s no group to obey,
Brains washed clean, dirty knee that you take
Tis the nature of man, to self destruct again & again
I’ve news!! The messengers dead!!
Drowned in a sea of notes unread

It’s the same old lines
They sing you softly
It’s the same brute squad, the crooked finger
Points out someone you love and hold so dear
“It’s a shame” signed
– The Mob

In my heart
Forever more
Always with me

I’m right there wherever you are.

  1. I think fans often define queens as a total rock band. They’ve changed themselves on every record they’ve ever done which in its own right, is AMAZING!
But by doing the catacombs tour it obviously brought to the top of the water a route they haven’t really explored before in my personal opinion.
Some fans might hate it, but some lifelong fans will find it beautiful in its own deserved right.
It’s already brilliant to me so far, and love them for always morphing into where they want to go next 🤟❤️

  2. Been a fan since the way way before times.
I think, and we've already seen in some comments, some people will really not like the new album.
But like I said before, someday you'll hit 50 too, and I hope when you do, you eventually understand the new album.
I really liked what Josh said in an interview recently about how all these albums are from different worlds, that really makes a lot of sense when you listen to them each.
I'm really excited for the unknown of the new album. If many of the songs already released are on the softer more heartfelt side, I think that means the other songs are going to be a little more hard rocking, and these are the songs many will really appreciate right away.. but I hope they eventually come to appreciate the ones released already.

  3. Ok i'll be honest, this was the best song they released from their new record and i was kinda disappointed. It gave me Era vulgaris vibe, not sonically but in terms of songwriting approach.

I actually really liked their previous album and the sonic experimentation they did on it. Where the goth girls at and this one were the ones i liked but if we think about the level bar they put before, they kinda sound mediocre to me.

Think about negative space, obscenery, paper machete, emotion sickness, carnavoyeur, straight jacket fitting etc. All of them has their unique identity and many layers in them. If you go deep down analysis you'd notice the details in every listen and that means the songs barely get old and boring and the effects, choir vocals, guitars and overall sound was perfect and super mixed and recorded.

The ones they released so far didn't affect me in this way. I don't know about you guys but i'm a little bit disappointed in here. I hope rest of them would meet my expectations.

  4. Meanwhile this is playing in the back of my head….

You leave in the morning with everything you own in a little black case

Alone on a platform, the wind and the rain on a sad and lonely face

  5. Gone back to the Tender QotSA. Reminds me a lot of Villians like Fortress or Like Clockwork. The rated r fans will hate this unfortunately but it also reminds me of the tenderness of In the Fade. Queens has always been sensitive
