I like your vids alot but honestly i think alot of this is just you hating. Dont get me wrong, if you didnt like it thats fine hell i have critiques of the game. The point you made about the camera is valid and yeah it wouldve been cool to have more stuff to play with for stealth but stealth itself is just a tool for the sandbox of murder the game sets up for you. Ive taken out entire rooms only stealth and ive just used it to start fights and ive completely ignored it and got straight to scrapping. As far as the special moves not doing anything dude you can kill people with the kneestrike one shot so i just dont understand what your even going on about. Like the spin thing is to get you out of large crowds like the game even tells you this it allows you to reposition while also dealing damage. Yeah dialog can be pretty cringy im not going to argue and yeah i wish they had gone with literally anyone else than jean and the way they treated her was shit im not going to argue that but over all the story was good and engaging, certainly more than spiderman 2 but i digress. Also with the sabretooth fight i think you might just be bad at the game dude, and i dont mean that to be insulting. i played on the hardest difficultly with no trouble and with your comments about the parry mechanics and how you seem to not understand how to use his special moves it just doesnt seem like you grasp the combat. I mean with people jumping you you have plenty options to create distance or just parry its not like eldin ring where once you hit a button youre completely committed to that move you can be mid attack and just parry and go right back to attacking. Again its valid to not like the game but i dont think all of your arguments are that strong or they seem to be over blown.
The fact that Wolverine's attacks do so little damage and the enemies are such damage sponges it takes forever to kill a single trooper, it feels like Wolverine's claws are made out of celery sticks instead of sharpened adamantium.

Well now I know why the Wolverine game is as terrible as I been hearing lmao, but honestly while watching this video I think I been having a blast
At least I can go blame Sony and Marvel for locking Insomniac in the Marvel mines and this game being crappy and presumably having the Playstation narrative team pull up and make sure the game isn't about anything
One thing I should point out, Insomniac were basically working on 2-3 other projects alongside Wolverine.
The game was announced back in 2021, but Spider Man 2 was also announced at the same time.
Then If you remember the Insomniac leaks back in 2024, there was the Venom spin-off that was supposed to come out in 2025, only it got canned in 2024 following Tony Todd's death.
AND there was that multiplayer Spider Man game The Great Web that was also leaked around the same time, which was also quietly cancelled.

I watched a walk-through of wolverine and i couldn't take it anymore. All the dialog sounds like the VAs reading the script in front of the HR department. Not to mention insomniac was ( Having A Blast) making wolverine a absolute cuck.
