I feel like the concept of using the keycard to open the door for the cannisters and vents to help the crewmates is common sense. The scalpel door is obviously more shady because why are you prioritizing weapons over tasks if you're a crewmate. Ben needs to start with low priority tasks like delivery and vents when he's an employee, so people don't sus him whenever he isn't doing Analysis, Pressure or Pizzushi as first task.
Dylan used to also have this problem, but he's since started doing low priority tasks or even nothing which has made him way harder to sus as killer.
