Today I use a car that can spawn ramps! I have 3 different sizes that I can use with the ramps small, medium and large. I used these to escape cops in many different cop chases. The really cool things is I can also remove the ramps at any movement. This tricked the cops thinking they can use the ramp but instead just at the last moments I removed them and they crashed in to a wall! This was so much fun. Enjoy!

It would be cool if you had full 360 control of the placement of the ramps. Transferring ramp to ramp in mid air or dropping ramps behind you
