You probably couldn’t see him in free agency because for some reason free agents and “practice squad eligible” players are separated, you’d have to swap to practice squad eligible players in the free agency tab to find him.

You have to learn how to negotiate contracts, i have done over 100 seasons by now. I have never had the issue of ''getting stuck on the same 5 answers''. Also you dont need to do it in one week, you can take multiple weeks to get it done. Usually you end up with a way cheaper and more balanced contract.
