In a movie where it angled into Peter becoming an arachnid it turns out that was simply a plot device so that he'd bring the Hulk into the movie, and be able to make a device to stop a telepath, plus it'd give him a couple free level ups.
The writing for this honest trailer was on par with the quality of the actual film. Bravo 👏
