17:34 Heatran isn’t actually considered a legendary in the code, that’s why he shows up. He’s just a guy. A strong, and rare guy, but but at the end of the day heatran is just a guy, or girl because heatran has gender unlike legendaries.
I think it would be intresting if the opponent knew either the mons and chose a specific mon. (and not what the cards were attatched too) when picking for you.
or choose a specfic card. (without knowing what mon you attatched it too. although even then you could reveal the mons)
It would add more mindgames in picking stuff. (because its kind of just rng now)
The idea of picking for the opponent by card seems fun. (maybe without revealing the mons) (since if you chose mons for the other you just stack weaknesses or something. and that wouldnt be as fun as picking based on cards.)
maybe a silly card to just give a mon judgement. its a funny move. and can give you any coverage in the game with 120 bp special attack move. at the cost of your item. may
(you dont need to mind this part its just me saying words)
thoughts about the silly buffs I have seen:
– Any one fire move is honestly an insane thing. (v-create scares me that is just a nuke)
– "Learning any entry hazard is not particularly usefull". …okay what are we talking about. even if it said just sticky web thats an insane thing. Like sticky web is generally on only mons that arent that good and just get a niche by just having sticky web. (any acceptable mon with sticky web would scare me) (oh I also didnt think about stone axe and ceaseless edge. actually insane)
– okay coverage king is the card of all time. (pokemon has so many broken moves if you just know what they are. anything that lets you choose any move is insane because of signature moves) like they aren't just good moves they are insane moves.
– Nah we cannot be talking about tricky type like that. Noivern has boomburst. stab boomburst. and it can be normal/ghost type. like there are some insane type combinations. (okay it came up later. but I already wrote this so its staying. yes I am writing as I am watching)
– CLAWITSER IS AN AWFUL POKEMON??? what are we on about. Origin pulse is boosted by mega launcher. (yes this is just knowledge to have I like mega launcher) that thing is a nuke. (it normally doesnt have origin pulse but its sure a water move)
anyway to glaze clawitser here is clawitzer nuking zamazenta. (this is without an item or rain. so you can run scarf to outspeed some stuff. or just like. specs and kill everything) like zamazenta would die in one hit from specs. thats insane. (or rain. rain…)

The first battle was almost Dylan vs Venomoth battle 👍 I have wanted to see that again for so long 😁 I hope that in future we will see another "weak bug" type swipe a whole team because of great buffs or ability 👍

Hate to say, but I’m so glad it’s back to this format and not Pokemon champions. Pokemon champions is what got me out of this series.

Idea spin a wheel with the best abilities than spin a wheel with the best moves than pick a starter to put them on
a then we fight idea you have 3 mons each gets their own random buff you pick one you flip a coin if tails you get a nerf you dont have that mon or buff also get a nerf on the next mon if you get 3 tails in a row then you have a chance at the first mon again but keeps each nerf from every tails you get on the coin you can be in call and tell the opponent the buffs but not the mons you are selecting from (if you feel you will get nerfed to much it would be fine to have legends on in the video but not legends only) i would like to see a game of chance where the debuffs add up

The Title of the video seems to contradict the Intro Rules of this specific And Then We Fight
You said you don't choose your Starters & draw cards to put on them, but the way the Title is written reads that they are chosen & then the Cards are drawn.
Another card that is a rare version of cheaters luck that is just "straight cheater" gain sniper and one guaranteed crit move but defenses are dropped to 30. so it can still be forced on a slow mon to make it less useful.

For describing “Ascension” – the pokemon will maintain the same % of base stat points as it originally had…for example, if a pokemon has an attack of 43 when its BST is 430 (attack is 10% of total BST), its new attack would be 60 (still 10% of total BST)
i never really have thought about how slightly inconvenient looking for a good doctor might be; just now realizing this sounds kind of ai but actually the apps use sounds ease of life useful zocdoc i mean

This Pokemon can replace one of its stats with that of a pokemon with the same type from an older generation
For example, an Ampharos could replace its speed with a Raichu's (They have the same exact type, but Raichu is from an older gen)
