You all were so close with stockholm syndrome, its when you fall in love or appease your abuser or kidnapper to surivive. (Kids with abusive parents or sexual abusers end up doing this and adult do it all the time like when people say they love an abusive job because they need money. You brain loses the line between real love and fake love and then it feels like real love still so it hard to break once the abuser is stopped or taken away. The abuse became a normal part of life for them. Its a sad thing 😢 the point is that they dont just love their abuser they love them to protect themselves to the point it feels like normal love.
