All I could think about during this series is Inspired saying over and over again how tempo is the meta yet LOS out tempod Lyon so incredibly well.

43:16 LOS badly misused their last baron in game 2. At this point, they should have all gone mid and taken the inhibitor. The posturing around soul took over a minute. Imagine if LOS had super minions barrelling down mid at that point. They could have backdoored or Lyon might have had to give up soul.
I'm so sorry bro, but Inspired is larping non stop as if he is Faker. Like calm down bro, have a bit of respect for your teammates, don't do a vod review mid game. Doing that is not helping at all, it is just triggering Saint and achieves nothing else. If you want to help mid game you do it differently. Even if your arguments are right, the outcome is just running it down because you trigger your midlaner. There's no universe in which his vod reviews mid game help. You have to be daft to not think that guy is toxic AF.
Fun fact: LOS are the first wildcard team since Albus Nox Luna to reach the Worlds top 8. They're also the first team ever to do it after going 0-2 in Swiss. Oh, and they knocked out two NA teams — and together with Gen.G, they're the only first seeds from their regions still standing in the top 8.

Oh my god, was so confused where all these comments across multiple channels about Saint "almost throwing the game" came from. Then I see Caedrel "Saint PLEASE" when Ryze and Cho Gath ult on him from max Ryze ult range outside of vision while hes not even forward, just in standard position to get minions. FFS what is he supposed to do, just not get minions because Lyon collectively isn't 100% sure where Ryze Cho Gath are? That would be actual inting to just let the gold go. They commit 2 on his side of the map without ever touching vision, 30 second committments multiple times and Caedrel says "Saint please" so every EU bro comments in every chat about how Saint ran the series. Insane. Saint getting caught on side lane… Like what are we talking about. 2 of the 3 involved Ryze UPS deliveries of Cho Gath invalidating Flash escapability while he was within walking distance of the turret. Meanwhile Berserker presses E into 5 and dies insta forcing a 4 v 5 they win because of Saint and were gonna act like Saint is the problem.

Well played to LOS, as an NA fan I have to say we didn’t deserve this win. They actually looked like the most confident lower bracket team I’ve ever seen in these last two series. So many teams play nervous when they get into elimination games, but these guys looked like they said “fuck it we ball”, just picked for lane, and stomped early games. The difference between how they were playing and how both NA teams played was crazy

Tbh when I watched LOS vs TSW in the 0-2 series I thought they looked so sloppy even though LOS won that series. I thought they were gonna get rolled the next series. Whatever they did to lock in after that TSW series made them look so dang good. Even though they lost this series and fell short, I have so much respect for them. What a great showing from them, they took it to NA and made these games so exciting to watch.
