You NEVER upgrade Demonic Empower, you use the cooldown ring and when the ring is around 70-75% CDR Demonic Empower auto banishes for free and it's constantly active.
warrior is the most broken class in this game xD WW mortal strike execute bloodthirst and battle shout melt bosses in seconds and if u have WW legendary no mobs touch you with loads of range xD bosses get fucked in 20 secs
