Throughout the recent years of shiny hunting, I’ve always wanted to experience a challenge in the older generations of Pokemon. With this year marking my 20th year of playing Pokemon, I set out to obtain a Shiny Pokemon before each badge in Pokemon Emerald. Gen 3 was the first gen I really loved as a child, and it remains my favorite to this day! Fun fact: I never actually got a shiny in these games, and didn't find my myself until gen 4, but ORAS was the first game where I did a Shiny Badge Challenge like this! (It took forever, but was really fun!)

Great video John, love your content, also as someone who loves battling could you pls not skip any gyms or important battles!
