It'll look cleaner on PS5 Pro with less visual noise and a couple of graphical settings like crowd density and RT may be a notch higher than base. That'll be it. Aside from perserving the odd dropped frame below 30, I imagine the framerate will be near identical.
I'm waiting for the final analysis, and if there isn't a big difference, I'll be getting for my new X25 Series X instead of my Pro as I'm trying not to buy games for Playstation library anymore as I won't be continuing on to a PS6.
I give TGG shit but the only people getting review copies are the big companies that all suck ass anyway. I'm not a fan of the "Plays best on PS5" thing because that's just simply not going to be true and you're kind of alienating a ton of your customers who now think they need a PS5 to play the game better. I'm playing it on my Xbox Series X and I bet it plays just as good, if not better than the base PS5.

It is so funny to me, seeing all those self-proclaimed "experts" saying how the pro version will be so much better, when in reality all the pro will do is give you a slightly sharper image quality, so please people stop making up stuff!!

Sony sells GTA VI with the "PS5 Pro Enhanced" certificate — what that actually covers is unknown to the public.
Digital Foundry expects the Pro version to run GTA VI in native 4K at 40 fps, but that isn't confirmed anywhere. They were given a PS5 with a pre-installed version of the game, so they had no way to test it on a Pro.
On the standard PS5, Digital Foundry found that GTA VI runs at 1440p upscaled to 4K, at 30 fps.
Sony and Microsoft could require all developers to state what resolution and frame rate their games run at on each console they choose to support. And it's far easier to provide on consoles than on PC, where hardware varies from machine to machine. But as long as not enough gamers demand it, we won't see it.

I kinda doubt it will be much better on ps5 pro compared to ps5 I assume it will be a percentage better but a low one this may be cope because I have a base ps5 but I cant see it being much better plus it looks incredible from the trailers and the extended look so I am happy with how it looks no matter the difference
GTA 6 on the Series S will run just fine. It will have worse performance but it won't be terrible. It will be largely the same.

I bought a PS5 Pro before Death Stranding 2 released just to play DS2, GTA 6 and Pragmata, wanting to have the best experience playing those games and so far I've been nothing but disappointed, the console is anything but Pro, the difference between a base PS4 and a PS4 Pro was huge…

the truth is ps5 pro has same cpu as base ps5, it obviously wont run at 60 cuz they are cpu bottlenecked, with the amount of props, animations, models, textures everywhere on the map no way ps5 pro is gonna run at 60fps
Sony will release ps6 on march 2027 while Rockstar will release the pc port at that month
