I think 4 levels is fitting for a demonic pagoda since 4 is an homophone for death in Japanese.
I think four floors for the devil pagoda is actually very fitting

I think it's okay to do only 4 floors with the pagoda, it does keep the composition nicer. It's awesome how much research you put into this though. Keep up the research
