  1. I don't have the patience to listen to AI yapping, I'd rather read lol

So I think I'll just get Dialogue UI so the quest text is nicer to read

Thanks for the video! Definitely nice to have recommendations after not having played WoW for years.

  2. I will not even watch the video. I'm here just to say – maybe don't at all? Simply play the game how it is and then decide if you need any improvements.

  3. I give it 10 months. Then it will be just like WoW Classic.
I'm NOT paying for something that I ALREADY PAY FOR AND DON'T GET!!!!
If Blizzard can do all those wonderful things in forever, why can't they do that for the game they already are committed to? And no one can answer that question either.

  4. I know if it doesn't make sense to me its probably not for me. But most of these mods just scream 'I don't want to play the game' again. When auto-looting takes too long, what are we doing?

  5. Tried questie because I always used it in classic but didn't feel like it was needed, but I also use Quest completionist already so that's a factor, it shows you all the quests left in a zone.

  6. Sometimes you just have a passion to almost unhealthy an obession about making something where it costs months of your life and $100s of dollars. I've done this with my own homebrew apps for the Nintendo Switch on github. I understand the passion there with ElvUI. And I commend the developer. I don't particularly like UI overhauls in that magnitude either because I like the vanilla UI experience and I've used ElvUI for many years in retail.

  7. As new player getting into WoW Forever, yeah I'm gonna give Spoken a try to be honest. I feel like it might add that extra touch of immersion as I take my time questing. Also the fact you can continue walking around and still have the narration, that's really cool

  8. listen im not a huge fan of AI sloppage either but people really need to stop going after all AI like its the satanic panic from the 90s. text to speech and other AI assistants have been a thing for ages even before slopGPT and the like and shouldnt be cause for concern to the same degree

  9. I’m using Openmap in Classic Era and it is not working in Cities like Stormwind and Iron Forge.
You can’t zoom in and see anything.

I’m brand new to Alliance, so i really need to use the map while running around, since I’m brand new to these cities 😭
