  1. Manly, its my first time speaking in your Yootube chat, even if I watch you for a looong time. But would you play Full Void on steam? If not, can I start the (Day 1 asking to play insert game name here)

  2. There are so many details in this game that take me back to my childhood and how I would perceive DVD menus, but that Spinning Head man was truly something I felt something stole my memories and turned them into something else… the head turning right-side up and smiling creepily with that specific "hoo hoo hoo ha ha ha" kind of laughter, THAT is what my younger brain would come up with late at night watching something on DVD. So when the Spinning Head gave a jumpscare or two, I didn't jump because of the jumpscare, I jumped because of that obscure familiarity I thought existed only in my own mind…

I love DVDs and I feel like there menus are a true piece of art, and while I've seen a few videos here and there talking about them and admiring them, this entire game feels like it's exploring a comforting (like you said Manly) yet melancholic feeling that I never knew anyone else knew of… I'm very happy this didn't go in the direction of "DVD menu but SCARY AND BLOODY AHH!!!" It most certainly feels like a love letter to DVD menus, and I am very happy this is a piece of art that exists.

  3. I am rather fond of games like this that seem like a patchwork of shitposts at first until you connect enough dots to get a grasp of the story. The game is really well-made, too – it doesn't look it at a glance, but it nails the effect it's going for absolutely perfectly.

  4. It’s comfy because it’s nostalgic without feeling like the dev is exploiting that sense of nostalgia on purpose. I understand what you mean and agree

I really really like b this game a lot. It’s so cool, it feels very original and weird and yet it still feel familiar. Love it.
