The specific AR ratings used throughout the vid assume minimal stats in everything else (EX: at 1:44 the occult infusion assumes 10 STR & 16 DEX since that's the minimum req for all infusible straight swords).

Straight swords are a bit nerfed in Elden Ring compared to the other games, but Square Off is so bonkers that it makes straight swords good almost single-handedly.

oh the coded sword, my beloved. i made my 2nd ever elden ring run a faith run and looked a few things up but only on the surface. saw that this thing is a pure faith weapon and was like yeah ill try this out. holy (literally) moly. so fun to use, so strong, so useful with the skill. faith build is so much fun in elden ring.

I think you should mention the rank/tier you're placing the weapon into instead of just letting it be a visual on the screen. If someone has the video running in the background they don't know where you're placing the weapon and only hear the commentary on it. Since your new lists are alphabetical instead of ranked, I think this addition will make the videos better.

I can give the Weathered Straight Sword exactly one point toward it. If you're already farming the Noble's Slender Sword, you're likely to get a few of them from the enemies grouped together with the ones you're farming.
I can appreciate how we started macro, ranking all weapons in the game and now ranking weapons within the same class, but I yearn for the day when we get entire videos ranking all possible Combinatorics for just 1 weapon at a time: mainhand vs offhand vs 2 hand vs powerstance vs all possible affinities + all possible AOWs.

I like to start as the confessor and farm up the lordsword ss and the brass shield. Use a hybrid aow/gc build using square off and any weapon buffs I can get. Eventually, I'll farm a noble slender to put cold on
