I know this is not mainstream at all but, I would laugh if you covered the Dark and Darker newest fiasco: The single most hated developer in history (SDF) coming back and ruining the game so bad the game is losing 500 players daily (started 10k since wipe a week or so ago) and it's probably one of the most hate reviewed games on steam right now.

I don't know that this is quite severe enough for this level of response, but imagine if SEGA's entire catalog got removed from Steam and SEGA permanently banned. Perhaps an overreaction, but it would be quite the power move on Valve's part. Thing is, I'm sure these big AAA developers will continue to test the boundaries to see what they can get away with, and I think Valve does need to be willing to nuke someone as big as SEGA in order to make an example. Rules are just words until they're actually enforced.
