We are 1 Episode away from another World Tour! That means I need to clean up any messes I don’t want people to see. So in this episode we spend some time cleaning up, finishing a few things, prepping our farms, and removing anything unsightly.
Then we take a break and go check out the 26.3 update by visiting the new Dappled Forest biome. We experiment with how some of the new stuff works and talk about the impact it might have on the game.

I miss Etho’s modded Minecraft series
44:14 I've heard that there are companies which own the rights to music that are not the original creators of the music an example being a channel on Youtube which apparently has all kinds of NES game music which caused an issue for another youtuber i watch called Adrian's Digital Basement. They had to remove music from a video of them showing Mario brothers 2, the OG NES game.
I cannot wait for your first world tour video in 8 years! Keep up the great content Etho!
for the upcoming icicle farm, you can just build one on the other side if redstone allows. Gives you 1 spare slot in case they release another similar type of harvestable.
| Sulphur | P | Dripstone|
|—————| A |—————-|
| redstone | T | redstone |
| stairs | H | stairs |
| redstone | | redstone |

Etho, would you consider doing the world tour with shaders on? It'd be awesome to see what it would be like.
4:09 – who else saw that shiny rock
Hey Ethos, I’ve been subbed to you for more than half my life now and I stopped watching Minecraft about 10 years ago but it always puts a smile on my face to see you’re still uploading, thanks for the memories
Thanks for the birthday present Etho slab!
YT isn't what it used to be. In the old days you can just throw stuff out there and people would see them. Nowadays, there's no guarantee you'll be seen without a lot of effort, research, and just a bit of luck. And to be honest, I love watching from the sidelines when I can and root for people who are putting in the work.
Anyone else remember feed the beast season 1 montage of shaping islands with the laser blaster?
9:13 just from my own perspective, I'd leave this without slabs, because its a back alley, and isn't intended for foot traffic.
<3
From start to finish, every single second is gold. Thank you Etho for being one of the best content creators on Youtube!
I have to say I really like these cleanup episodes. I mean I love all your episodes, but these ones just as much as the others!
Hi Etho,
I’ve been wondering whether you’d ever consider livestreaming the things you do off-camera, like your Let’s Play series. Or is it more that after recording, you just want to unwind, watch a film, and relax? That would be completely understandable.
I just wanted you to know that many of us would love to see that side of your Let’s Play world, and some of us would happily support it. Of course, there’s no pressure at all. You’ve already given us so much to enjoy, and your wellbeing comes first. But if it’s something you’d ever consider, it would mean a lot to the community.
Thank you for everything you do. 😊
ergo how did you get the llamas to walk around sandy city
here is my honest take – as much care and time as it took to make those episodes, they were so special to watch too, so much that it took a lot of like emotional energy!! It's like the difference between watching a bunch of really good movies back to back and watching a bunch of really good tv show episodes back to back, it was so cool that you made that season, it was really special and I bet I'll rewatch it a lot, but your content now is easier to watch!! It has that "watching your super talented older brother make something awesome you would have never thought of" vibe rather than "watch something awesome somebody super talented made" vibe, that's the really compelling thing about your channel to me honestly, it reminds me of gaming with my siblings and it's so exciting to see how you come up with stuff
love your insights on hermitcraft season 7. As a composer with note blocks and chiptune, I agree completely that making new music for every video is way too much work to be sustainable. I got into the channel from your season 7 videos, so they definitely did work on pulling people in. I think in the long run keeping things generally unscripted has been more enjoyable, especially with the landscape of YouTube recently
Or a 10 part series
Only youtuber to have 599 different titles on a LP series, thats dedication!
Why does your voice sound different
Thanks as always for all the effort and time you put into each of your videos! I didn't realized how frustrating and how much time the hermitcraft s7 videos took. I appreciate the quality videos and am looking forward to the next one
Hey Etho, you used to have a thing in your minecraft vids where you spliced together a montage of you mining or placing blocks, in such a way that the viewer could see what happened, but more efficiently. Do you still do that?
Thanks Etho!
I only watch the let's play
Um….etho….could you please ask bdoubleo and guude if they want to do a new CTM map….thanks…xoxo.
if we can use the straw bed as a bed in all its fuctions in the nether for netherrite mining that could be the best feature of it
BRO IM 28 NOW JUST CAME TO CHECK UP MY IDOL
hi etho! its my first time leavin ya a comment, I just started watchin two years ago(super late to the party lol) i just wanted to say how much I enjoy your videos and you as creator 🙂 question for ya: what big build do ya suggest i start for my mc world? much love <3
"People are going to start building more saturated"
This demonstrates one of the reasons I like Etho so much. Nobody else would have predicted the impact these new block types would have with such specificity.
You could make a graveyard for halloween, and use it for the skeleton horses.. 💚
I'm very upset that Ergo didn't go through the obvious Waypoint at 32:46
Thanks for the episode Etho 🙂
Yes. Yes. Yes. As a dad that plays Minecraft I love your content.
Also thanks for making videos longer than 20 min.
The hylite in s7 was shadeeees glass subscription XD
Did Etho forget about the Concrete Slabs and Stairs?
its really sad with those noteblock music, because those copyright claims definetly were illegal… the copyright is only on the original music and not on covers and definetly not on "kinda similar sounding" noteblock melodies… the sounds are completly different…
but oh well, the music industry is like a vampire, or even more like a tick… suck everything dry until nobody will do anything with music anymore… sad
2:36 Would the villager path find across the rails?
Thanks for the episode and the candour, Etho! We always love a peak behind the curtain of your video making and thought processes.
World Tour 👀
Etho, are you going to try Vintage Story? I know you enjoyed TerraFirmaCraft years ago, and Vintage Story is that gameplay realized in full. I know it requires many hours for the gameplay loop, but an episode once every three months would be perfectly fine, in my opinion. Thanks for always putting a smile on my face with your videos!
my Q how ur playingin 60HZ and 60FPS its a bit laggy innit ?
If you're using the straw beds for a long exploration mission, you'll naturally be able to resupply them just by raiding villages, since you often get 32+ hay bales from every village. Since that's the main use case I don't have a problem with the price tag.
I can't watch most minecraft Youtubers lately… its all litematica, axiom and supermega builds with no purpose, no soul, no point. Looks pretty, but boring to watch. I think it's why Grian's Life series does so well… it's all about the interaction and fun, not super mega ultra builds.
I can't believe I've been watching your channel for so long. The last world tour was 6 years ago itself!
35:54 Does it work for the concrete stairs and slabs?
Hello Etho! I have been watching since about 2011. when I went off to university I slowed down on minecraft content until the pandemic happened, and I made a STRONG return, first to your videos, and then to many more wonderful minecrafters! Minecraft has been a constant in my life and helps me to feel normal when things are stressful. Question!! besides Minecraft is there a piece of media that you feel anchored to??
great episode as always, thank you for making fantastic videos all these years!!!
The trick is to get it right – Etho 2026
❤
Etho at this point just assume they'll make another stalagmite/stalagctite type and leave space for a 4th one by continuing the path down and making ice only on the left/right
I mean alternatively do it perpendicular but it'll be a regret when they add another one lol
I don’t know what it says about me that I watched the cleaning parts of the video multiple times. I just like it
