any racing game with flat records (like 1:19:00) you know its arbitrary and not something they set themselves. Sometimes just something they think is probably possible. Sometimes too easy.
Give me a 1:19:31 so I know it's set by the most enthusiastic developer/playtester.

I had the exact same experience with that time trial. Even had a 1:19.01.
