I'll probably get it for 40$ or less, but I don't see the 60$ compared to the standards other 60$ games have set.
I bought this last night because I was A massive fan of the pod racing on the n64. And man oh man. What a great experience so far
I finished the game in 19 hours. But I'm going to be playing it for at least another 50 more. It's a satisfying arcade racer and I will absolutely be buying every single player DLC that ever comes out for it.
In a month (October, no less) with Hellraiser: Revival, Dragon's Dogma 2: Dark Arisen, Castlevania: Belmont's Curse, and Valor Mortis, I can't believe you sold me on a Star Wars racing game.

First time I kinda disagree. I think whats there is fine, but its barebones, some really odd choices in game design, and the racing is pretty simplistic and gets old very quickly. Tracks feel repetitive. Played for a couple hours and refunded. Might come back to it after its got some dlc on a big sale
Forza Horizon is NOT fantastic…It blows my mind that people think that's the flag bearer for racing games. Yuck.
This reminds me of F-Zero. Futuristic hyper racing with a cast of memorable named characters. They need to hire this team to revive F-Zero
Honestly, just that it's an Unreal/UE5 game using Lumen/Nanite yet you never have to talk about performance is a win in itself.
