  1. My only complaint with this game that looks otherwise AMAZING stems from just how much The Last of Us 2 raised the bar for third person shooting combat and mobility. I just can’t help but feel like the GTA series’ combat should be at a point where it’s on that level or even better but it’s so incredibly basic in comparison that it feels noticeably more rigid in what you can do during gunfights.

  2. Shenmue 1 and 2 for the Dreamcast are some of my best gaming memories and nothing will ever change my mind. Two, especially, I loved that game and the story was so good. Two of the best games ever

    Shenmue 3 was absolute dogshit

  3. Yesss 16:05 the music in this trailer was so good and I love when developers focus on making good scores. Certain devs just use the most generic music ever and it doesnt leave an impression, i believe good music has to contribute over 50% of how good a game is.

  4. That was a guh-layz. No, lol. But really, ya, the world looks incredible. It's too bad Jason is a pretty weak character with a Spinny Dunn vibe. It's really my only problem. Can't wait to explore…on PC in a year or more.

  5. Rockstar always pushes every console beyond its limits with every title and this is no exception. IDK how people see all this and think "meh"; some of the comments here are just straight killjoys. Say what you want about the company, but there's a reason why every GTA game is memorable.

  6. The storyboarding of a "Bonnie and Clyde" duo and the location of Vice City were already rumored at the end of 2013, so yes, development technically started then. I believe they incorporated parts of the RDR2 team into 6 once RDR2 was released when Rockstar decided to put their investments and power into GTA Online and GTA 6 instead of Red Dead online.

  7. The problem I have with Grandtheft auto is I feel like I can see rock stars tricks.
Meaning, like in this clip in the elevator. The guy is swaying back-and-forth looks at the character checks his phone. This is just a loading screen to me. It doesn’t feel immersive. It doesn’t feel real. It feels like I’m waiting on a loading screen.

Add into that, I have never been intrigued or felt connection to a single grand theft, auto character. Which I find strange cause rockstar, knows how to write characters because I do feel connection to characters in red dead redemption.

Then you can add onto that that I think rockstar games have the absolute worst control mechanics, and I just find it completely cumbersome and unsatisfying to do anything other than drive cars in these games.

  8. Das rennen bei Nacht mit der Musik hatte so ein Fast and Furios feeling 😅und am ende die Mission im gebäude.Die musik und wie der gespielt hat war voll John Wick style 😅

  9. It's Vice City baby! Only thing that hasn't sold me is the main characters. Would much rather be able to pick my own mc in a GTA at this point but I'm interested if the story is good.

  10. Looks alright. Graphics are incredible but Rockstar's gunplay hasn't evolved at all. People clown on games like Starfield for their lackluster combat but this looks a million times worse. Oh and the UI is hideous.

  11. – Lucia fights with 3 guys and wins, while Jason loses wrestling to a single guy
    – Lucia throws a shotgun in the air, grabs it and shoots in like 2 seconds all with a s i n g l e h a n d
    – During one of the heists they approached the store without masks and put the masks literally in front of the actual door, making masks completely pointless
    – The car damage is somehow even worse and more underwhelming than Gta V, which was already lightyears behind Gta IV
    – Cops who raid the drug lab encounter poor yn's who raise their hands and the evil cops just start shooting for no obvious reason
    – Jason is constantly being emasculated by Lucia (a latina that acts and has a hairstyle like a black girl) and asks about "what she will wear", like zero guys asked in history of humanity, she gets passionately hugged by a large black dude while he smiles with pain in the background
    – Their entire relationship is him saying yeah, mhm and her complaining or giving him instructions….can't wait to listen to that for 80 hours
    – Jason talks like Arthur trying to fake a deep voice and has the personality of a dry sponge
    – The rectangular mostly empty boxed item wheel looks like a bored 12 year old made it in ms paint
    – When they are running away from cops at the moment they are marked as hidden, they speed on a motorcycle from the direction of the heist in mid day with masks flipping off the cops and the cops don't find it suspicious
